Thank You, Laughter Saves Lives!

Thank You, Laughter Saves Lives!

Had the opportunity to participate in something very special this week!

Laughter Saves Lives is a 501(c) foundation that provides assistance to First Responders trying to overcome financial hardship due to illness or tragedy. Founder John Laroccia has channeled his unthinkable 9/11 experience into a cause that has done such good for so many.

Executive Producer, Butch, was kind enough to ask me to be a guest on their weekly live show to talk about organ donation and Some Assembly Required: A True Story of Love and Organ Transplants.

Sometimes life puts amazing people in your path; I'm grateful mine crossed with John (x2), Butch and crew.

Here's a link to last night's show: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8PI5aUK_g4&t=1725s The whole episode is absolutely worth checking out, but if you want to fast-forward to the liver stuff, it's at ~17 minutes in.

My favorite part was when John and I both agreed on something very important:

“If you find the funny, you’ll get through it.”
